This is going to be short because I’m home sick today. But the intent was to start being more intention about this weight loss thing. Not sure how I did it this week (I did get lots of exercise but my eating was not optimal) but I dropped 4 pounds.
Which puts me back at my threshold weight of two weeks ago. I want to go over that threshold. I want it behind me. Preferably permanently this time.
Don’t know how I got here but I did.
