No excuses. I’m not putting the effort into this that I am to my creative stuff. Or my job.
And the results show it.
It wasn’t a good week. Too many things that stressed me, too many things that took me out of my routine. And the weather has been less than ideal. But those are just excuses. I could have chosen to eat better, I could have found ways to exercise.
I just didn’t.
Some things are about to change in my life. Which may be bad in the short run but good in the long. I can make myself crazy trying to fix everything at once. Clearly I need to focus. And equally clearly it needs to be on my eating. Portion size, balance. One day at a time. One week at a time. One pound at a time.
My resolution remains:
want to am going to be The Guy again. The Guy weighed 175 pounds and looked good and felt good. And his blood pressure was good and his blood tests were good. (New photo of The Guy)
