Just a quick update this week. Going to be busy this weekend. Which means lots of eating challenges. Need to keep the long range goal in mind, while still having some fun.
I really ran out of motivational gas this past week. Seven inches of snow put a serious kink in my exercise. Since the County was advising “no unnecessary travel” I couldn’t even drive over to the mall to walk in circles. It was tough.
And yet, there was still some positive movement on the big number below. Let’s see if I can keep it up.
My resolution remains:
want to am going to be The Guy again. The Guy weighed 175 pounds and looked good and felt good. And his blood pressure was good and his blood tests were good. (New photo of The Guy)
