Here’s another addition to some of the work I’ve been doing. The weather is getting warm enough again to get out and explore on a regular basis. I will go out when the weather is less pleasant but it’s not my favorite. To each their own. This striking heron was from last summer along a canal next to the James River. One of the great things about Richmond is that you can be in the forest and only be a few hundred feet from the city. Again, it’s easy to be in a city/urban area and be stuck with the idea that it’s all glass and concrete. There are always corners where the city is something else. You have to go and find it.
I did some photo editing because the colors were duller than I wanted.
